Jacobcullen Posted March 2, 2019 Report Share Posted March 2, 2019 Has this occurred to anyone else? Both earbuds have solid white charging lights when in case. Left earbud turns on when I pull it out of case, but right earbud does not. Even buttons on right earbud won't wake it up. Connecting via USB to btu.bose.com gives me a "one of your earbuds is missing" error even though both are seated in the case with the solid charging lights. Bose support is no help, and are trying to charge me $129 + tax for what is ostensibly a product defect. These earbuds are just one month out of warranty and have been practically babied, so I'm not sure what precipitated this malfunction.Nox VidMate Mobdro Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
