Any experiences with Bose’s warranty and replacement?

I bought a pair of the QuietComfort 35II headphones back in November to use for an upcoming vacation.  free netflix Today I finally opened them to use for the first time and have found that the right ear doesn’t have any sound. I’ve tried resetting and it didn’t fix the issue. I purchased them from Best Buy and of course it’s after their return/exchange period.  tech news I’m going to call Bose’s customer service tomorrow and see if they can help me. Does anyone have any experiences with their customer service and getting them to replace a faulty product ?
