AR fans will enjoy reading this brief review of the 3a, which also goes a bit into the acoustic suspension design principles. It's very nicely written, well to the point, and with a very logical flow of ideas and thoughts.

This is a verbatim reprint of the text from the original test report of the 3a from High Fidelity magazine in 1968.

It is not a new article and it is not from 1975, but it is a great review. I've offered Mark all of the original AR High Fidelity and Audio test reports to scan and post on the sight, but since those magazines were, in the end, owned by Hachette-Fillipacci (current owner of Sound&Vision, nee Stereo Review), Mark says there are copyright issues that prevent him from doing that.

Obviously, the source where this reprint came from doesn't have such reservations.
