Hey team, I've tried all what the Bose website tells me to do to hard reset my speaker and also manually update the software but still the 300 speaker still scrolls left - right....... Is there a way to fix this? I've held all the button combos, I have get the speaker into recovery mode but it straight away goes back to light scrolling
