I have found that there is a similar material thats used for packing. I have received items wrapped in foam sheets anywhere from 1/16” to a 1/4” thickness. I save these because I have 2 sets of Advents one previously redone and one in the works -

Years ago I hung mine from the ceiling. I made them with a 3/4” rope into a large hoop to wrap around the speaker on near the edges. They were hung horizontally mounted to the rafters. I was able to adjust the angle then. Saved space and sounded good.
